Fourteen personnel files, eight required items each, and a visit ledger. The agent reads every file and says what each document shows and what date is printed on it. The code does the rest: the renewal state, the eligible or blocked verdict, the three deadlines in business days, the hours against the figure for the title, and the one comparison a reminder never makes, between the day an item fell due and the dates of the visits already billed on the same file. It cites the public rule for every requirement and quotes it as it is written. It never says a word about anybody's status, and it never says what follows.
A checklist of the personnel file items a New York licensed home care services agency works under, every line carrying the passage it comes from and the URL that passage was read from. Built from the public text quoted on this page. Not legal advice.
